Literature Text

You were full of humour,
which could turn the silliest phrases over,
and make even the smallest child laugh,
when all they wanted was to cry.

You were full of dreams,
that battered the walls of my heart,
and then glued together our fingers,
and made me feel so lonely when your gone.

You were full of excuses,
of why the sky was blue that day,
instead of grey, like the storms,
when you walked off that cliff.

We were full of promise,
before the darkness that I couldn't see,
drowned you in webs of hanging threads,
when all I could see was pearls,
and the world was our oyster.
yeah so I decided to post up a poem.. unfortunately it turned out darker then I originally planned.. oh well.. hope people like it.

It's a good mix. And, with your usual strong imagery,an emotional piece.
